I read a GREAT POST this morning on Mike Brantley's blog titled, "Trip to the Post Office."
His story reminds me of how many times I spend my day looking ahead, wondering, waiting, anticipating the ministry that God is going to use me in. Or how many times I choose not to talk to the person beside me just because I am self-absorbed. Or how many times I am impatient when I am not given the type of serves I demand (a bi-product of our culture). Mike's story is such a great reminder for me to slow down, open up, look to others and realize that God is not as concerned with what I do and where I do it as much as he is concerned with who I am and who I'm being with.
Mike, thanks for being Jesus to that woman. Listening. Empathizing. Caring. Unselfish. Loving.
